Alibaba Showing their Interest for Investing in Pakistan

And hinted Alibaba Group to invest in e-commerce market in Pakistan to expand its business into new markets, reported by the state-owned news agency moments.

Said Jack Ma, chairman of Alibaba Group, today during a meeting with Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif in Davos, Switzerland, on the sidelines of the annual meeting of the World Economic Forum.
Jack Ma said that his country is a lot of interest in investing in Pakistan because it was closely following the positive economic developments in the country.

He said that China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) tremendous opportunities for the region, and added that it would generate a lot of economic activity.

Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif called on Jack what to visit Pakistan at the earliest opportunity.

Jack accepted the invitation and invited the Prime Minister to visit his company’s center in Ghuangzou.

Ma said that 60 million companies worldwide benefit at the moment. For the benefit of developing countries, it was planning to invest in small and medium enterprises.
